Personal Statement

Since I was young, I have been passionate about serving and helping others. Through both life experiences and academic education in mental health and medicine, I have gained insight into the challenges people face and the importance of holistic care.

I approach each client with curiosity and respect, always seeking to understand their unique story and needs. I am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Together, we can identify obstacles, develop coping strategies, and build skills that empower you to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

I believe that healing and growth are possible for everyone, and I am committed to walking alongside you as you move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Who I Serve

I work with teens and adults who are facing depression, anxiety, or major life changes. I am passionate about supporting both English and Spanish-speaking clients, offering culturally sensitive care for the Hispanic community.
