Personal Statement
I desire to create a comfortable, engaging and supportive space while focusing on an individual’s current needs in navigating life changes, stress management, processing trauma, and managing anxiety and depression. I work hard to listen and understand the needs of each individual I work with. I offer a wellness approach into a therapy session to improve well-being and self-awareness through focusing on the mind/body/spirit connection. It’s an honor to share time with each client as we walk through the therapeutic process.
Who I Serve
I work with adolescents, adults and couples. I am drawn to working with individuals going through transitional stages, peer conflict, self-harm, and body image issues. I am devoted to creating a safe relational environment to encourage self-growth and self-awareness in each client’s unique individual path to change.
