People are hurt in relationships and they are healed within relationships. As a therapist, my job is to connect with you right where you are and help you heal and grow in the directions of your choice. You are the expert in your life but I can bring new frameworks and help you hear what may be lingering below the surface of your life. As a cancer survivor and single mom familiar with the world of special needs, my experience and training help me walk in productive ways with my clients.

"“Being a therapy participant my whole life, I have worked with different professionals in the field. Liz helped me work through grief, fear, confusion, joy, love, and many more feelings. She listens with an open heart and hears me when I just need to be heard. She is a mentor and a truly gifted therapist.” "
"“Liz is truly an angel! She helped my granddaughter (who had been in foster care) to trust and feel confident in herself. She is patient, and very nurturing, and I am lucky to have found her.”"
