Personal Statement

I find deep purpose and joy in my work—helping people reconnect with their true selves for a better life. This begins with connection, both with others and within. I believe we grow, learn, and transform through relationships for the better, and my professional practice provides a space where this transformation takes place.

Who I Serve

I primarily work with adults and teens, supporting them through life transitions, relationship challenges, personal exploration, and growth. With a blend of clinical expertise, deep empathy, and bold directness, I help clients navigate the complexities of human experience. My goal is to empower you by fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a strong sense of agency. I have a special place in my heart for working with trauma survivors, guiding them toward healing, reconnection, and healthier relationships.

Theoretical Approach

I believe in a collaborative, client-centered process that honors each person’s unique experiences, fostering insight, resilience, and transformation.  My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory, emphasizing the exploration of unconscious patterns, early life experiences, and their impact on present relationships and emotional well-being. I integrate Interpersonal Therapy to help clients navigate relational dynamics and strengthen meaningful connections, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy offers practical tools for identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns. Additionally, I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy to support clients in deepening emotional awareness and creating secure, fulfilling relationships.

I also provide comprehensive psychological assessments to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of their cognitive, emotional, and personality functioning. These assessments can offer valuable insights for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and personal development.
