Personal Statement

I love helping people become the best versions of themselves. Therapy allows us to dive deeply into understanding who we are and why we do what they do. From here, therapy turns hindsight into insight, and then insight into foresight to make healthy choices for the future.

Who I Serve

I best serve adults and couples who genuinely seek self-improvement and deeper connections to their true self and others.

Specialty Treatment Areas

  • Interpersonal Therapy
  • Psychodynamic Therapy

Theoretical Approach

As a therapist, I am direct in my approach. We’ll work together to understand the connection between aspects of your life that impact your health – everything from your childhood to how you feel about your future. These parts of you impact your present mindset, and mindset matters. The goal is to understand how areas of life are interconnected and influence each other – and discover ways to make healthy changes to best benefit your growth. I also believe it’s important to pay close attention to how what we consume (ranging from food to content) impacts our well-being, and strive to take a holistic approach whenever possible. I believe incorporating movement is a vital piece to feeling healthy, and also study Ayurvedic and herbal approaches. You can rely on me to be emphatically straightforward with you.
