Personal Statement
I am passionate about helping people from all races, ethnicities, and religions navigate their unique journeys toward healing and mental well-being. We live in a global society, where our work environments bring us into contact with diverse individuals, and cross-cultural partnerships are increasingly common. Immigrants often raise children who are “third culture kids,” and senior citizens face significant life transitions. High school and college students, too, must navigate their own transitions. These complexities give rise to a range of mental health challenges, and I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate these crises and thrive in life.
Who I Serve
I provide care for adult individuals across the life span as well as couples and families.
Boaz can counsel in several languages, including English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Theoretical Approach
I believe that a therapist should be flexible to meet each client’s unique needs. My approach is tailored to each individual and family. I favor an integrated method, combining behavioral, dynamic, and mindbody methods. This approach balances uncovering the unconscious by referencing the past, understanding how trauma is manifested in the body and mind in the present. My goal is solution-focused following the existential models of logotherapy.
