Personal Statement
I am passionate about helping individuals and families from all races, ethnicities, and religions find healing, resilience, and renewed meaning in their lives. In today’s global society, we often find ourselves in cross-cultural environments — at work, at home, and in our communities. Immigrants may raise “third culture kids,” older adults face significant life transitions, and students navigate major developmental milestones.
These experiences can raise profound questions about identity and purpose. I approach therapy as a space to explore those questions with curiosity and compassion. Guided by the principles of logotherapy, I help clients uncover meaning in the midst of life’s challenges and move toward a greater sense of hope, connection, and well-being.
Who I Serve
I provide care for adult individuals across the lifespan, as well as couples and families navigating a variety of life stages and relational dynamics. Whether you are a young adult facing transitions, a couple working through relational challenges, or an older adult reflecting on purpose and legacy, I offer a space for growth, clarity, and healing.
As a South Asian American therapist, I am especially attuned to the nuanced experiences of clients navigating multiple cultural identities, faith traditions, and intergenerational expectations. I understand how deeply our sense of meaning is shaped by language, heritage, and lived experience. To help make therapy more accessible and personally resonant, I offer counseling in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi. It is my privilege to support clients from diverse backgrounds and to hold space for their stories in the language that feels most like home.

Theoretical Approach
I believe that therapy should be as unique as the individual or family seeking it. Every client brings their own story, shaped by culture, history, relationships, and life transitions. I take a flexible and integrative approach to care, drawing from behavioral, psychodynamic, and mind-body modalities to meet each person where they are.
My work often involves exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns inform present struggles, while also paying close attention to how trauma and stress are held in the body and mind. I believe in creating a therapeutic space that is both reflective and active — one that honors a client’s story and also gently moves them toward meaningful change.
At the heart of my approach is a commitment to helping clients discover purpose, even in the face of pain. Inspired by the existential model of logotherapy, I view healing as a process of uncovering meaning, fostering resilience, and cultivating a deeper connection to one’s values and vision for life.
