Personal Statement
I believe growth and strength are built on a foundation of struggle, self awareness, and effort. Therapy can be an intimidating yet profound process to explore thoughts, behaviors, and personal values. I enjoy coming along side clients and holding space for difficult, uncomfortable conversations to stimulate growth and resilience. I prioritize encouraging clients to focus on reaching their goals through therapeutic techniques and skill development.
Who I Serve
I am passionate about working with young children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. I enjoy working alongside young people to find their strengths and focus on their goals. I strive to provide a welcoming and safe environment to build resilience, nurture confidence, and encourage growth.
