Personal Statement
For as long as I can remember, I have known that helping people improve and heal is something that I am passionate about. I believe that my life experiences have prepared me to offer compassionate, empathetic, and therapeutic services to help individuals make lifelong changes. I strive to create an environment where my clients feel safe and supported in order to explore their issues and achieve their stated goals. I have worked in variety of therapeutic settings that include substance abuse, familial issues, and complex trauma. I believe that, as human beings, people have the need for deep connections and that healing happens in safe and judgment free environment.
Who I Serve
I work with adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings. I have experience working with individuals coping with depression, anxiety, addictions, complex trauma, and mood disorders.

Theoretical Approach
I work with you to identify and establish goals that are Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely. I utilize CBT, education, individual sessions, and group therapy that focus on the link between thoughts, behavior, and emotions.
