Personal Statement
I walk alongside clients helping them explore ways they are stuck or hurting and guiding them as they take measurable steps towards new and helpful directions.
Who I Serve
I enjoy working with adult clients in individual and group therapy. I have extensive experience helping people with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. I have a special interest and years of experience working with college students and young adults who are navigating life decisions. I also work with those who want to address career development issues.

Theoretical Approach
I view counseling as a collaborative process. I meet clients where they are in their struggles and help them clarify their concerns and together we identify steps to move toward wanted changes. My treatment orientation is integrative using primarily cognitive behavioral and interpersonal approaches. I work to build a safe space for clients to improve awareness of patterns and address the problems impeding their ability to heal and grow. Life comes with a myriad of challenges and my goal is to provide support, to help clients develop insight, and to learn helpful tools to emerge stronger through these challenges.
