Hello, my name is Paramita, but you can call me Mita (in Bengali, it means a friend or a partner who can help). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working for the last 17 years as a social worker on 3 different continents, India, England, and the U.S. I am fluent in 3 languages besides English: Hindi, Urdu, and Bengali. I am a team player and I would like to be on your team to embark on this journey to help you accomplish your goal. I am a good listener and utilize psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
