I feel a personal strength of mine is an authentic, real, honest and straightforward approach. I believe in a safe space where one feels validated and acknowledged. I will work hard to understand your needs, your fears, your strengths, and your hopes for where you would like to be in your life.
Who I Serve
Approaching therapy from a strengths-based perspective, I have a real passion for working with teen girls, women, men and couples. Valuing a strong therapeutic alliance, I believe a supportive and collaborative working relationship is key in helping clients improve their overall quality of life. I try to help my clients beyond just coping skills, and work to find the core of the problem to move towards resolution. I am committed to helping people find their inner strength, power and passion. As a 16-year certified yoga teacher, and long-term advanced meditator, I deeply believe in the power of the breath, meditation, and of mindfulness/relaxation techniques to help heal the stressed body and mind. Coming from an artistic background has allowed me to appreciate and respect the unique differences everyone brings to life.
