Personal Statement

A personal strength of mine is an authentic, real, honest and straightforward approach. You will be seen and heard. I will work hard to understand your strengths, needs, fears, and hopes of how you want your life. Every day is a new day to move towards change.

Who I Serve

Approaching therapy from a strengths-based perspective, I have a real passion for working with teen girls, women, men and couples. I value a strong therapeutic alliance and believe that a supportive and collaborative working relationship is key in helping clients improve their overall quality of life. I am committed to helping people find their inner strength, power and passion. As a 14-year yoga teacher, I believe in the power of the breath, and of mindfulness/relaxation techniques to help calm the stressed body and mind. Coming from an artistic background has allowed me to appreciate and respect the unique differences everyone brings to life.
