Personal Statement
Life can be a mixture of great experiences and hard times, unforgettable seasons and seasons we wish we could forget. It is my personal passion to help individuals get in touch with a truer, healthier version of themselves. I love the human heart and have endless belief in the possibility of growth and change. It’s a privilege to get to know the uniqueness of a person, their life story, and walk alongside them in their journey no matter what they are facing.
Who I Serve
I am passionate about working with women, young adults, and individuals helping them find the power within themselves to navigate any struggle they may be facing. I believe in forming a strong trusted relationship with my client where they feel comfortable to bring anything to the table that they need to share. I focus on helping people name their struggles or pains and identify ways to take action toward healing and wholeness. I embody an optimistic lens that we can learn from life’s experiences as helpful information to understanding ourselves more, nothing in life is wasted (even the hard stuff), and change is possible.

Theoretical Approach
My theoretical approach is individually focused based on the needs and wiring of the client with the foundational belief that unconditional positive regard, empathy, trust, and genuineness are key ingredients to form a strong alliance for change. I believe in helping clients name their struggles and helping find solutions for those struggles through a variety of different methods.
