Program Description
When you opt-in to our SMS program, you will receive text message reminders for your upcoming appointments or occasional updates from your therapist about appointment scheduling and availability. If you initiate text communication with our billing office, they may also respond by SMS text regarding your billing questions.
Frequency
You will receive 1-2 messages per week related to your appointments or other relevant communication.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply with STOP to unsubscribe. After you send the message with STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS to let you know you have been unsubscribed. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you would like to join again in the future, you can re-sign up as you did initially, and we will begin sending you SMS messages again.

Interruption
Please note that wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delays may occur depending on the carrier’s network conditions.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, and from you to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider to ensure there are no charges that apply to your plan.
