Personal Statement
I aim to create a space where individuals can feel relief and truly be themself. I am here to understand your story and support you as we work towards your goals. Each of us has a unique path, and I love adding a sprinkle of creativity and a dash of fun to our sessions. My first career was as a scientist and medical researcher, and now I bring that scientific curiosity and focus into my therapy practice.
Who I Serve
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My diverse background includes supporting clients and their families in community healthcare settings with conditions such as PTSD, neurological injuries, and dementia. Additionally, my experience in community mental health has involved working one-on-one with domestic violence survivors, survivors of suicide, and acute mental health crises.
