Personal Statement
I am a client-centered therapist who firmly believes clients know themselves best and have the answers within them to life’s challenges. My job is to walk alongside clients as they learn more about themselves and support them in their journey to a happier life.
Who I Serve
I serve clients of all ages, from children to adults. My passion is helping clients improve interpersonal relationships, overcome obstacles, and learn more about themselves. My specific areas of interest are anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions.

Theoretical Approach
I use a Humanistic and Strengths based approach to working with clients that provides a safe space for clients to share. The therapeutic relationship will be a collaborative process to help clients work through life challenges while gaining greater self-awareness and skills to navigate future challenges. In addition to client-centered therapy, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Emotionally Focused therapy. Each client will be treated like an individual, and treatment plans will be based on the client’s needs. The philosopher, Lao Tzu, once said, “A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.” Counseling is a wonderful first step filled with endless opportunities to grow.
