Personal Statement
I have been working in a clinical setting most of my career. I have provided counseling in residential, outpatient addictions and mental health treatment programs, and corporate settings. I love helping clients tap into the resilience that is often overshadowed when anxiety, depression, or addiction surfaces. I feel it is an honor to support and walk with people through these challenges. Together we will pack up a recovery suitcase with new insight, skills, and tools for the recovery journey.
Who I Serve
I serve populations that have been impacted by addictions, anxiety, or depression. I work directly with clients who struggle with these challenges, but also with others who are in relationship with them. Witnessing and sharing life with a loved one who is struggling in these ways is difficult and creates its own unique pain. Â Living with addiction is a challenge and often anxiety and depression, self doubt, codependency issues arise. I specialize in supporting all who are impacted.

Theoretical Approach
I work with clients as they explore the current issues and opportunities they are experiencing in their daily lives. I draw from CBT therapy , listening collaboratively as we look at challenges and the process of change. I create a safe environment for clients to practice acceptance, learn healthy boundaries, and grow in self-compassion.
