Personal Statement

As a social worker, I see each person as the expert of their own experience while also empowering them to grow and heal. I see myself as walking alongside you in your journey. My hope is to support you in identifying your strengths and building on those together while also identifying support in the community around you.

I enjoy bringing humor and creativity into my relationships with my clients and I believe that building trust together will be the cornerstone of your healing process. We all bring our own stories into the therapy room and supporting you in telling yours is something that I look forward to!

Who I Serve

For more than 10 years, I’ve walked alongside clients as they navigate their mental health journeys, including trauma, grief, and the everyday challenges of being human. I specialize in working with college-age women and neurodivergent individuals (including those with Autism and ADHD). My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming with multilingual therapy available, including conversational Spanish. Access to care matters deeply to me, and I am especially committed to serving clients with Medicaid, neurodivergent clients, and women.
