Personal Statement
When a person reaches out for help, I am honored to be called on to assist in the change process. I believe it takes courage to make that first step. In my work with clients I like to create a roadmap for change. A client once shared with me, “You are a problem solver.” I believe our challenges in life are opportunities for growth. If you choose to step into your healing process with me, we will work together to identify your strengths and restore your well-being.
Who I Serve
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, both women and men, families, and groups. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, disordered eating, and a variety of life stressors including career, divorce, and relationships. Working together on the road map for change is a unique experience for each client. I hope to learn about you, help you discover your strengths, and witness your change.
