Personal Statement
I believe there is hope in every story regardless of the circumstances. I consider it a privilege to walk with people through life’s challenges and help them overcome relational conflicts and self-defeating thoughts and habits. I strive to offer an empathetic and judgement free approach to those I serve, and a safe space to process true emotions and life’s challenges. I aim to help clients explore their own personal strengths to not only recover and restore what feels broken, but also to grow and improve their lives through a holistic approach.
Who I Serve
I work from a strength-based approach finding value in each individual at every age. I have experience working with children, individuals, families, and groups. I have a particular passion for offering hope and restoration to broken marriages, as the ripple effect touches each life within the entire system. I also have a heart for working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and relational conflicts within a variety of life’s stressors.
I have an education that includes the study of theology and will integrate faith-based conversations and interventions for those clients who desire that direction of care. I am passionate about meeting an individual right where they are in life, and walking with them into a brighter future. I consider it a privilege to align therapeutically with individuals as they explore their own unique strengths in an effort to help identify personal goals and change strategies that offer hope for a better future.
