The Cherry Hill – Vernon Hills office, in Hawthorn Business Park on Lakeview Parkway, is located less than a half-mile from Hawthorn Mall and right across the street from the scenic Century Park . Our office provides the best of both worlds: convenient access and also a place to retreat from the busyness of life to begin your healing journey.
Our treatment team at Cherry Hill – Vernon Hills is composed of experienced and trained clinicians specializing in working with individuals and families affected by substance abuse and addictions, trauma, and adolescent/family problems. This team of clinicians also provides specialized care for women’s issues including mood disorders that affect women across the reproductive life span. The Vernon Hills team enjoys working with couples and marriages to assist couples with exploring, understanding, and changing relational patterns that cause distress in the relationship and in the home. Our Vernon Hill team offers bilingual therapists, providing therapy in Mandarin Chinese, Filipino (Tagalog), and Spanish.

Grow, learn, build, and connect with men regarding issues that impact your relationships and daily living. Join a supportive environment and build a community with other men.

Finding Meaning After Loss
Grief can feel especially heavy in the fall and winter, when celebrations and family gatherings bring both beauty and ache. This five-week group offers a supportive space to explore your story of loss, honor the person you’ve lost, and begin to reweave meaning and connection through shared reflection. Using principles of narrative therapy, participants will learn to express their grief, reshape their relationship with the deceased, and create new ways of carrying love forward into daily life.
Date: Saturdays, October 25 – November 22, 2025, 10AM-12PM
Location: Zoom
Cost: $125 for 5 weeks ($25 per session). Sliding scale or scholarships available upon request.

GRL PWR
This group is for teenage girls ages 14-18, offering a supportive and safe space to talk about whatever’s on your mind—from anxiety and school pressures to self-esteem and communication skills. It’s a collaborative environment where we’ll come together to learn and practice helpful tools for managing life’s challenges and boosting overall well-being. Let’s support each other and grow together!
Date: Thursdays 6-7pm for 6-week cycles

S.A.G.E. Space
A safe place for identity exploration through group processing, developing self-advocacy skills, and learning how to cope with identity related stressors. For adults approximately 18 years and up.
Date: Wednsdays, 8-9pm, virtually running in 6-week cycles. Can attend continuously.

Cost: $50/session plus a 15% discount of the full 6 weeks is paid in advance of group start
