Personal Statement

I believe that every person carries an inner strength, even in the moments when life feels hardest to navigate. My work as a therapist is rooted in compassion, empathy, and the belief that healing and growth are possible when we create space to care for ourselves.

Who I Serve

I support children, teens, families, and adults who are navigating emotional and life challenges. My specialties include helping children and adolescents with anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, and social struggles. I also provide parent coaching, family and blended family support, and help adults move through life transitions. My approach focuses on helping individuals reconnect with their own strengths and develop tools that foster emotional growth, self-understanding, and hope.

Theoretical Approach

Therapy should be tailored to each individual and family, recognizing that every person’s experiences and needs are unique. My approach is integrative, drawing from strengths-based, solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems, and play therapy models. These approaches help clients build on their strengths, develop practical coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can move forward with hope.
