My journey toward becoming a therapist began with my own transformative experience in therapy. I realized how vital it is to have someone walk alongside you while navigating life’s challenges. I believe therapy has the potential to restore empowerment, inspire meaningful change, and foster genuine connection and community.
Who I Serve
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting adolescents and young adults with identity, self-esteem, and relationship inquiries. With over a decade of teaching experience, I understand the importance of meaningful connections in fostering growth. I am especially passionate about helping couples and families strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create healthier patterns of connection. Together, we will explore your story, help you reframe unhelpful patterns, and work to build stronger connections for you to have a more empowered life.
