Personal Statement
As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals feel comfortable freely exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with honesty and vulnerability. I approach each person with empathy, compassion, unconditional positive regard, and deep respect, honoring their unique stories without judgment. I believe that each individual holds the inherent power to heal within themselves, and when they are met with genuine care and support, that inner strength can be nurtured into meaningful growth and transformation. My hope is to empower individuals as they navigate their own healing journeys, offering guidance through challenges, fostering self-awareness, and supporting them in reconnecting with their inner strength. It is a true privilege to walk alongside others as they find their way forward.
Who I Serve
I work with high school teens, young adults, and adults, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to support individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate a wide range of challenges. I am especially passionate about working with concerns such as depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, grief and loss, life transitions, identity, self-esteem, body image, and substance use disorders. When appropriate, I also integrate family sessions into individual work, recognizing the importance of healing not only the individual but the family system as a whole.

Theoretical Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in person-centered care and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), also known as parts work. I believe that each person carries an inner wisdom, and healing happens in a space where all parts are welcomed with curiosity, compassion, and care.
At the heart of my work is creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I help clients explore the various parts of themselves, those that protect, those that carry pain, and those that help navigate everyday life. Rather than trying to change or eliminate these parts, I focus on understanding their roles and cultivating a more balanced, compassionate relationship with them.
By honoring each client’s pace and lived experience, I support individuals in building self-trust, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to their authentic selves, fostering healing, inner harmony, and meaningful growth.
