Personal Statement

Our lives are always changing, and I want to support you in finding where you want to go and how to get there. We can sometimes struggle to look beyond the burdens of the past or our worries about the future to focus on ourselves and be present. I aim to encourage you in exploring your story, meeting you where you are at, and discovering how to get where you want to be. There is always a way forward, and I look forward to joining you on your journey into your thriving future.

Who I Serve

Many clients I have served have been burdened by patterns of emotions that feel inescapable. We all can go through periods where we feel unable to overcome what we are experiencing, whether it is anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or anger. I am motivated to help encourage you in getting yourself moving again and supporting you in equipping yourself to overcome challenges in the future.

As your life changes, I seek to help you adjust to the transitions that come and thrive in the new situations you find yourself in. Between relationships, school, work, and our own bodies, there are a lot of things that can shift. These changes can lead to stress, burnout, and high emotions that we may not feel equipped to handle by ourselves. Whether it’s gradual or sudden, I support you in understanding what you are going through, how you are being affected by it, and how you want to respond to it.

I understand who we are can drastically impact how we approach our lives, and I believe that embracing who we are and understanding ourselves goes a long way in enabling us to lead fulfilling lives. To that end, I work alongside you in your self-discovery and encourage you to bring your unique self into your care and life.
