EFT Intensives for Couples and Individuals with Dr. Keith Bjorge, Psychologist

As a psychologist with over 37 years of experience, advanced training, and certifications in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I offer EFT intensives that provide a focused, accelerated path to deeper understanding and acceptance, emotional balance, and an awakened, strengthened, or renewed connection in your intimate bond with your partner.

Cost for 2-day (15 hour) intensive $3600

Pre-intensive Sessions (2 Hours): Before the intensive, we must schedule separate individual sessions for each partner, either online or in-person (if local to north eastern or north central Illinois).  

Plan for the Intensive (13 Hours): Intensives are scheduled over a Friday and Saturday:

Day 1: 

Morning Session: 9 am – 12 pm (with breaks); 

Lunch: 12 pm – 1 pm; Afternoon 

Afternoon Session: 1 pm – 4 pm (with breaks)

Day 2: 

Morning Session: 9 am – 12 pm (with breaks); 

Lunch: 12 pm – 1 pm; Afternoon 

Afternoon Session: 1 pm – 4 pm (with breaks)

Wrap-up & Plan 4 pm – 5 pm (plan going forward) 

Total: 15 hours of intensive work! 

 

About Dr. Keith Bjorge

Keith Bjorge, PsyD, is an EFT Certified Therapist and Supervisor with 37 years of clinical experience and over 20 years of graduate-level teaching and supervision. His work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment science, with a strong focus on helping couples and individuals restore emotional safety and secure connection.

In addition to his EFT expertise, Dr. Bjorge has a longstanding clinical interest in understanding narcissistic dynamics and the relational wounding experienced by partners of narcissistic individuals. He approaches this work through an attachment-informed, trauma-sensitive lens, helping clinicians bring clarity, compassion, and discernment to complex relational presentations.
