Personal Statement
I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with hope and resilience. My approach is warm, grace-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices while integrating faith when it aligns with a client’s values and goals. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can heal from past wounds, strengthen relationships, and discover practical tools for lasting growth. It is my privilege to walk alongside each client as they move toward healing, wholeness, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Who I Serve
I serve adolescents (16+), adults, women-trauma survivors, immigrants, couples, and families who are seeking healing and meaningful change in their lives and relationships. Many of the individuals I work with are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, ADHD, or relationship challenges and are looking for a safe, supportive space to process their experiences, develop self-compassion, and strengthen resilience.
I have a special passion for working with couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. I also support individuals healing from past wounds and seeking to develop healthier coping strategies and a stronger, more confident self.
My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and clinical integrity, with a focus on creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I integrate evidence-based practices with grace-centered perspectives for clients who desire to incorporate their faith into the counseling process.
I believe each person’s story matters, and I aim to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing, growth, and lasting transformation in both their personal lives and relationships.

Theoretical Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based clinical modalities while maintaining a strong foundation in compassion, collaboration, and client-centered care. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and attachment-based perspectives to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to support meaningful and lasting change. I also incorporate strength-based and solution-focused approaches to empower clients in identifying their existing resilience and building practical coping strategies.
When working with couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and draw from attachment theory to help identify negative cycles, identify vulnerabilities, and aid the couple in creating a secure emotional bond. I draw from a communication-focused framework to help partners improve understanding, rebuild trust, connection, and gain relationship stability.
I am trained to work sensitively with trauma and emphasize safety and stabilization. I also incorporate transformation counseling to support deeper healing, helping clients move beyond symptom management toward meaningful emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.
For clients who desire to integrate their faith, I offer a person-centered approach that respects each client’s values, beliefs, and lived experiences as part of the healing process. My goal is to provide my clients a non-judgmental space where they can explore, deepen insight, and move toward wholeness.
