Personal Statement
I believe that healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where we can explore challenges with curiosity rather than judgment. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and mindfulness, to meet each person’s unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity, or major life transitions, I strive to help you build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
Who I Serve
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those healing from complex trauma, helping each client build on their strengths while developing practical tools for lasting change.
I enjoy working with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or the people they care about. Whether we’re addressing family conflict, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, self-esteem, or navigating important life changes, I believe therapy should be a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and authenticity.
My approach is warm, affirming, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals, develop effective coping strategies, and create lasting change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

Theoretical Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theory, family systems, and person-centered principles to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
I believe that symptoms often develop as adaptive responses to difficult life experiences rather than personal shortcomings. Together, we explore the underlying patterns that contribute to emotional distress while building practical skills to improve emotional regulation, communication, self-awareness, and resilience. I strive to help clients better understand themselves with curiosity and self-compassion rather than judgment.
Whether I am working with individuals, couples, or families, I focus on creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship where each person feels respected and heard. I value authenticity, cultural humility, and affirming care, recognizing that every client brings unique experiences, identities, and strengths into the therapy process. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change that aligns with their personal values and the life they want to build.
