Personal Statement
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to provide a space that is safe and open for productive communication facilitated with compassion and empathy. I believe we all have a unique story that shapes who we are as individuals. This is my most recent career, as I previously taught in an elementary school setting for 15 years. Additionally, I received a master’s degree in school administration. I believe that my experience in teaching and collaborating with parents gives me a unique perspective on child development and family dynamics as well as a passion for children’s emotional health. I also believe that strengthening the “couple system” has many benefits, not only to the marriage, but to the family and extended family system as well.
Who I Serve
I enjoy working with children and family systems, helping everyone navigate the complicated relationships that develop over a lifetime. I believe that the health of relationships within the family is essential to the well-being of both children and parents.
