Personal Statement

Hope is a word that we hear often, and sometimes it can be difficult to experience. I aim to support you in seeing the silver lining in whatever you may be facing at the moment and, in the process, remind you of the magic within you. I am a firm believer that you already have everything you need to succeed and I am here to support you in rediscovering and accessing it again. I am passionate about supporting others and being a safe space where you can come as you are. I utilize a variety of approaches to guide you in achieving your goals.

Who I Serve

I work with all ages and walks of life. I am especially drawn to supporting clients navigating grief and loss, depression, relational challenges, and transitions. I often work with individuals who feel stuck in life or are dealing with great emotional distress.

My approach is grounded in identifying thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck or living a life that you are unhappy with. I bring warmth and energy into my work, collaborating with clients to explore patterns with compassion rather than judgment.

I am committed to cultural responsiveness and welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and relationship structures. My goal is for you to leave the therapy office in a better state than when you arrived, and that you will feel empowered to make changes.
