Personal Statement
I am eager to serve my clients by encouraging, validating, and empowering them to feel confident as the best versions of themselves that they can be.Â
I approach therapy through a person-centered lens, focusing on unconditional positive regard. I believe that people have inherent value that circumstances, family systems, and relationships can obscure.Â
Through therapy, I endeavor to help clients cultivate and nurture their own self-worth and reach their fullest potential and satisfaction in life and relationships.
Who I Serve
I serve adolescents (13 and up) and adults in individual therapy. I am especially drawn to working with younger male clients seeking guidance and acceptance in their growth and transitions into adulthood.Â
I often work with individuals to grow their emotional awareness and ability to regulate emotions and to express them in a healthy way. I also work with clients to enrich relationships, grow in self-confidence, and meet their goals in life.Â
I provide an empathetic, person-centered approach that places value on what my clients deem most important.
I endeavor to bring empathy, a warm presence, and a guiding hand to the therapeutic relationship as I walk with people on their journey toward healing.Â
I am committed to treating each client with respect and dignity regardless of background, age, or other circumstances they have experienced.
