“Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive that is youer than you.” — Dr. Seuss
You, your story, and your journey matter. Sometimes, life can throw us obstacles that make it difficult to remember this fact. That’s why I strive to provide a safe space for my clients to express themselves authentically and process thoughts and emotions without judgment. We all have mental health and it’s important and normal to nurture this part of ourselves. As your therapist, it is my goal to walk alongside you on your journey, however that may look.
Who I Serve
I enjoy working with the young adult population, in addition to adults through their early 50s. I believe everyone has the potential to create a fulfilling life for themselves in which they prioritize self-love and authentic self-expression. My goal is to help clients identify and utilize their strengths, develop healthy habits that work for them, and build confidence to navigate through the ups and downs of life.
I have experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, and challenges with self-image and confidence. I strive to support my clients by creating a safe space in which they feel accepted, valued, and heard. I enjoy finding ways to incorporate client’s talents and interests, such as art, music, and writing into sessions to support healing and growth.
