I am passionate about helping others be the best they possibly can be, even during life’s most challenging times. I love working with clients and giving them the tools to utilize to help them navigate through life and life’s challenges. I strive to create an environment where my clients feel safe, can trust me, and never feel judged. It is my privilege to work with my clients through a counseling relationship where they feel comfortable, valued, cared for, heard, and most of all supported.

My theoretical approach is tailored to the individual needs of my clients. It is my greatest hope that my clients feel a secure client-therapist partnership. Once my clients develop this relationship and trust in me, it is my hope to provide my clients with the most appropriate interventions and supports in place to help them with their individual needs. In developing a treatment plan with clients, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused interventions as well as Motivational Interviewing.
