Personal Statement
I understand that we reach out for support and answers when we are hard-pressed for solutions. We become tired of the same old paths. Also, unexpected challenges can surface during life transitions, raising our children, and within our relationships. However, seeking help is a courageous step toward taking action to make things easier for yourself and your family to thrive. I provide support and empower the best in every client. I work alongside you to identify your needs and goals. You can expect me to listen to you non-judgmentally while giving you concrete skills and tools to implement various techniques and resources that will benefit you.

Theoretical Approach
My treatment approach is individualized to your strengths and empowers you to the need to understand and overcome obstacles together as a team. The beginning approach is to cognitively understand all the parts and stories of oneself, which includes feelings, negative beliefs, internal conflicts, traumas, and protective behaviors. Our collaborative therapeutic work will move you towards understanding yourself through cognitive problem solving, observing your nervous system, mindfulness, and coping skills.
