Personal Statement
There are moments in life when the weight of past patterns feels overwhelming, leaving us stuck, uncertain, or isolated. It’s in these seasons that seeking support can lead to meaningful change.
As a therapist, my passion is to walk alongside you during these challenging times, helping you discover greater stability, purpose, and joy. My years of working with clients have shown me that hope is always within reach, and healing becomes more profound when we share our pain and uncover purpose amidst our struggles.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to your needs, incorporating goal-oriented strategies when appropriate. You can trust me to provide a supportive and grounding presence as we navigate whatever challenges you’re facing. My expertise includes childhood trauma, women’s issues, and relationship concerns. As a multicultural therapist, I value and integrate diverse perspectives and am also open to incorporating faith into sessions when welcomed by clients.
I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you through this season of growth and transformation.
Who I Serve
I primarily work with women, young adults, adults, and older populations, addressing mood and anxiety-related challenges, relational struggles, and trauma-related concerns.
I also work with couples, including premarital and marital relationships, supporting those navigating challenges such as trust, fidelity, and communication, as well as those seeking to deepen their existing bond.
With adolescents, I address a variety of issues, including emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges (peer or parental), body image, and identity development.
Additionally, I occasionally support individuals experiencing somatic distress, physical illnesses, or those navigating life transitions, grief, cultural adaptation, and adjustment. If you’re feeling unsure about where you are or what is causing your distress, I welcome the opportunity to explore and process that together.
I am bilingual and provide services in both English and Turkish.

Theoretical Approach
My approach to therapy is heart-centered, relational, and dynamic, grounded in an attachment-based lens that explores struggles through the perspectives of relationships, faith, and culture. I aim to create a collaborative and engaging process tailored to your unique needs. Together, we may draw on resources such as life coaching skills, trauma-informed interventions (e.g., EMDR, guided visualization), and creative solutions to support your healing and growth.
As part of our work, we may explore your inner world—your thoughts, dreams, and aspirations—to help you foster a deeper connection with yourself and others. For clients who are open and interested, I am also available to integrate a faith-based perspective to provide spiritual counsel and guidance.
