Personal Statement
I will create a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients in order to provide an opportunity for self-discovery. I believe in growth and aim to foster a collaborative, therapeutic relationship for development and healing. I empower clients to improve personal relationships, recognize unhelpful thinking patterns, and develop new strategies. We will work from your values and beliefs to address issues, set goals, and achieve a greater sense of well-being. I offer tools and guidance that promote self-awareness, resiliency, and healing.
Who I Serve
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, single parents, and couples. I believe every person has potential and strengths, so I would like to create a therapeutic environment that furthers growth, development, and healing. I strive to help clients decrease feelings of anxiety and depression, find coping skills, and better regulate their emotions to improve their quality of life.
