Making the step to reach out for help can be challenging, and I want to assist in making the process manageable. I believe that empathy and providing a space that lacks judgment is foundational to healing. My goal is to meet people where they are and align my approach with what they are hoping to gain from our time together. I appreciate the opportunity to hear people’s stories and get to know them through the process of therapy.
Who I Serve
I work with adults, teens, families, and couples to help address a variety of issues people may face. I have experience helping with people dealing with substance abuse, family and relationship issues, depression and anxiety, life transitions, and PTSD.
