Personal Statement

I feel it is a privilege to assist people in discovering a better way to live. A deep inherent need to help others find their way and improve well being is ingrained within me. Life is fulfilling when we’re connected with ourselves, thus allowing us to connect with others and improve the world around us.

If something feels off or wrong, we struggle to identify our needs and may struggle to help ourselves. My goal is to help people unlock parts of themselves to improve their quality of life.

I guide people in developing healthy ideas about themselves and others, express them in healthy ways, and identify their genuine self. When we can do this, life is more satisfying.

I provide a non-judgmental and accepting atmosphere that is trauma informed, LBGTQ friendly, and accepting of people from all walks of life.
