Personal Statement

As a therapist, I see my role as one who comes alongside you in your journey of healing and growth. I have great respect for those who come in to process things that can be hard to talk about and do the work to become who they long to be. Therapy is different for everyone, because every person is unique. While I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) primarily, I also use different modalities to meet my clients where they are and reach the goals they have. During your session, you can be assured that you will be listened to, heard, supported, challenged, never judged, and validated.

Who I Serve

I love working with high school students, 18 to 25 year olds, and older adults. I love working with those who have questions about life and hard things they have experienced, and helping them process those events. I enjoy supporting those who find themselves caretaking for aging parents or spouses. I enjoy working with those who are working through spiritual issues and questions.
