Personal Statement
In life we form certain habits, belief systems, and defenses. They start out of necessity, but if they’re used too long, they create cycles of repeating suffering that we can get stuck in. I am passionate about understanding the layers that shape your environment and your life. My attitude is always empathetic, non-judgmental and curious. The therapeutic relationship is authentic and safe. I strive to create enough space for genuine exploration, so healing can take place and balance can be restored.
Who I Serve
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. As a marriage and family therapist, I believe that the health of our relationships is crucial to healing, and knowing yourself is equally important. There are different needs for different times, and I enjoy being a part of the healing process whether it’s in relation to someone else, or something you need to do for yourself.
