Personal Statement
Each person’s life is a mosaic made up of thousands of little pieces fitted together to reveal the whole.  I believe my role as a therapist is to bear witness to that story. I seek to remain open, curious, and build a strong therapeutic alliance characterized by trust, mutual respect, and empathy. I aim to support clients in their personal growth by helping them accept what they cannot change and empowering them to make the changes they can, leading to a more fulfilling life.
Who I Serve
I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages, including children, the elderly, singles, and couples. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life transitions, heal from complex trauma, manage grief, regulate emotions, and address cultural issues. Additionally, I can provide bilingual therapy services in Bulgarian and English.

Theoretical Approach
I believe that a therapist should be flexible and continually expand their toolbox to meet each client’s unique needs. My approach is tailored to each individual I work with. I favor an integrated method, combining behavioral, dynamic, and attribution models. This approach balances uncovering the unconscious by referencing the past, understanding how trauma is manifested in the body, and maintaining a solution-focused perspective in the present.
