I am passionate about coming alongside others and letting them know they are seen, heard, and are not walking through the difficulties of their lives alone. I believe the therapeutic relationship should provide a safe and non-judgmental space for a client to develop trust and confidence in themselves, the therapist, and the process of therapy.
Who I Serve
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I believe in supporting parents and children/adolescents as they develop the skills needed to facilitate healthy communication, improve relationships, and enhance overall family functioning. Healing from trauma is a journey best done with the support of a professional guide. I consider it a privilege to be that guide for clients as they develop the tools needed to heal from their trauma.

My theoretical approach is holistic in nature with the goal of meeting each individual client’s needs. It may be a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Family Systems, and Spiritual treatment modalities. When working with children and adolescents, I often use play and art therapies as an alternative to traditional talk therapy. These therapies provide a fun and creative way to help kids and teens express how they are feeling. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide the best services possible.
