New Group: Showing Up for Life

Addictions, Arlington Heights, Arlington Heights IL, Arlington Heights IL Counselor, Emotions, Group, Relationships By No Response

A 6-week group for women wanting to grow in their relational boundaries and skills…
Being in relationship with others is hard. Knowing who we are and how to care for ourselves first is essential if we want to be of help to those we love. Together we will learn to be in honest relationship with God, ourselves, and one another as we “show up” and live our lives with authenticity, honesty, and courage.

We will use the books Codependent No More & Beyond Codependency by Melody Beattie as our guides.

  • Cost: $40 per week (no insurance taken)
  • Time: Mondays, 12-1:30pm
  • Location: Cherry Hill – Arlington Heights, 1114 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Suite 101, Arlington Heights, IL 60004
  • Minimum Commitment: 6 weeks
  • Contact: Amy Croft, (847) 438-4222 x29

This group is led by therapist Amy Croft, MA, LPC, CSAT-C.
