Are you feeling lost in today’s mental health conversations or lacking support and community as you parent a child with mental health or addiction issues? Are you struggling to accept where you and your child’s relationship is at? What if there was another way? This workshop is designed to provide insight into mental health and how it affects individuals and their families. Drawing from real-life experiences, we will dive deep into common mental health challenges. Whether you’ve encountered these struggles personally or through someone you care about, this workshop offers practical knowledge and support that can help you better navigate these challenges.

  • Educate parents with psychoeducation around the areas of development, mental health, & addiction recovery.
  • Equip parents with tools to help regulate themselves and communicate with their family member.
  • Empathize, validate, and encourage the parents in their journey.
