Cherry Hill Counseling was founded in 1976. We now have several locations in the northwest suburbs including Lake Zurich, Vernon Hills and McHenry. The McHenry, IL office is easily accessible to McHenry County residents, its office being situated very near to the intersection of Bull Valley Rd .and Crystal Lake Rd. In addition to McHenry, the communities of Woodstock, Crystal Lake, Johnsburg, and Spring Grove would have easy access to the Cherry Hill office. The McHenry office is a short drive from local schools, including McHenry West High School and is only 1.5 miles west of Centegra Hospital and medical complex.
Our treatment team at Cherry Hill – McHenry carries a unique blend of highly experienced clinicians as well as clinicians with specializations and attributes to serve a variety of underserved populations. The Lake Zurich team is composed of a broad spectrum of counseling professionals including: Psychologists, Professional Counselors, and Social Workers. This team of clinicians also provides specialized care for women’s issues including mood disorders that affect women across the reproductive life span. The McHenry team enjoys working with couples and marriages to assist couples with exploring, understanding, and changing relational patterns that cause distress in the relationship and in the home. Cherry Hill – McHenry has a gerontologist who is passionate about serving the needs of the elderly and their families in McHenry County. It is our hope to provide mental health services to McHenry county residents in these populations that are often overlooked by care providers.
